About

Mat is an experienced finance leader, having worked at several tech startups and growth companies from early-stage to IPO. His experience includes building finance teams, creating company financial models for strategic planning, budgeting, and fundraising, business partnering, and implementing effective accounting, FP&A, legal and compliance processes. Over his career he has supported companies in raising over $450m of equity and debt financing, from seed and Series A to IPO, via VCs, strategic investors, family offices, and angel investors.

He is based in Zurich, but has worked with companies having operations across Europe, the US, and Asia.
